Robert Kirk

FOUNDER/CEO

With 30 years of experience in the financial and tech industries, Rob has stood at the intersection of business and technology for an impressive amount of his career. This long view has cultivated not only an expertise in fintech but also a vision for what’s missing and needed by those in banking, insurance, medicine, and financial services – especially regarding technology. Rob’s role with InterGen Data is the culmination of three decades of work and experience. But if you ask him, he’ll tell you he’s just getting started.

Will Bins

Will Binns

CTO

A Global Executive Level Program Leader and Senior Architect and with over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries and functional areas. Will has developed and managed multi-geography product roadmaps for complex multi-release implementations. He has deep experience in managing large distributed teams, including on/offshore delivery in a 24x7 follow-the-sun model.

As CTO, Will is responsible for all technology (physical, virtual, and cloud) that includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning (supervised and unsupervised), n-Tier architecture, API infrastructure, and the cleverDome cyber-security platform.

Mary Kotzman

SVP, Chief Operations Officer

Mary is a senior transformation strategist in the financial services industry, focusing on fiduciary and operational risk practices, ethics, and RIA/BD compliance, coupled with an extensive background in the qualified retirement plan space. Mary’s 28 years of professional experience brings expertise in Advisor/Firm practice management, RIA/BD regulatory compliance, corporate risk assessment, and large-scale program development incorporating data mining, aggregation, analysis, and visualization to optimize firm best practices.

Allan Chin

VP, Business Development

With a career spanning two decades and much of the globe, Allan is one of the most successful business builders and leaders around. Allan’s work often finds him aiding either global financial services or tech companies on matters ranging from cyber security to regulatory compliance to KYC. His recent work has centered on big data analytics and business intelligence, bringing him to InterGen’s door.

Dan Doggendorf

Over his prestigious career, Dan has helped lead multiple tech and industry companies, including Corteva and Belo, from CISO or Director-level positions. Dan’s diverse experience has afforded him the opportunity to help companies develop strategy and actionable plans related to their cybersecurity and tech needs. Dan’s ability to succinctly and clearly communicate both challenges and solutions makes him an invaluable addition to the InterGen Data team.

Michael brings an impressive 35 years of experience in all aspects of information technology strategy and implementation, with focuses on banking and manufacturing industries. With roles in both the UK and the US, Michael has been leading global brands like Barclays and Citigroup to develop tech strategy and architecture driving hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of wealth. His expertise makes him uniquely suited to help InterGen grow and develop strategically.

Josee Deroy

With professional stops in the US, Canada, France, Luxemburg, and the Netherlands, Josée has built a long and successful career by helping her clients adapt and capitalize on major industry shifts. Her resume includes prestigious roles with IBM, MetLife, BNP, and HSBC, and she brings a lifetime of financial services and global fintech expertise to her work at InterGen Data.

Henry Zelikovsky

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Henry Zelikovsky co-founded Softlab360 as CTO and led the company through its evolution and became CEO in July 2021. He has an extensive background in software engineering and development, being a Senior Consultant at Credit Suisse in the 90’s and an analyst and software developer at BNY/Mellon, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse for more than a decade before founding his first company, SmartLink.

He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Brooklyn College and a M.S. in Computer Science and Software Engineering from The New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering. Henry lives in New York and leads large-scale projects and engineering teams located in Europe and the US.

Craig Iskowitz

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

The CEO and founder of Ezra Group, a strategy consulting firm providing technology and business advice to banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, private equity, and fintech firms. Craig has over 30 years of experience in financial services and is a recognized expert on fee-based advisory platforms and wealth management technology.

Before founding Ezra Group in 2005, Craig worked at Broadridge Financial for almost ten years in a number of technology and leadership roles.

Craig is also the publisher of WealthTech Today, a blog and podcast offering insights on the latest technology trends across the wealth, asset, and investment management industries.
